E-commerce Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms and provide professional pre-sales guidance;
• Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate logistics, shipping, and related issues;
• Handle after-sales requests, including returns, exchanges, and order modifications;
• Collect customer feedback and assist in resolving complaints and negative reviews;
• Maintain service quality metrics and continuously improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with a high sense of responsibility and patience;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with clear and effective expression;
• Proficient in office software with fast typing skills; comfortable using e-commerce platform tools;
• Prior experience in e-commerce customer service is preferred; able to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
